1/3 c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. milk
¼ c. melted butter
Coat chicken pieces with dry
ingredients. Dip into combined egg and milk. Coat again with dry ingredients.
Place in 9x12inch casserole dish. Brush with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50
to 60 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
