Gooey Butter Cake

For the crust:
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Egg
1 Stick of butter, softened

For the filling:
1 Bar of cream cheese
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. of Vanilla
2 Cups confectioners sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Mix the ingredients for the filling in a
large mixing bowl. The mixture will be crumbly.  Press it into a 9x13 inch
greased baking pan.
Mix the ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl with a hand mixer.
Gradually add the 2 cups of sugar to the vanilla, egg, and cream cheese
mixture until the consistency is creamy.   Pour the cream cheese filling
over the unbaked crust and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until the top
is forming a sugary crust, and is slightly golden brown.
