2 large cans of diced tomatoes
1 to 2 cans light red kidney
beans-drained
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of chili powder
Cook on low in crock-pot all day or on
high for 4 hours.
Serve with Fritos, Cheese, Sour Cream,
and Cornbread Muffins. Yum!
