Strawberry Pie


- cook a pie shell and cool it.

1 cup sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
10 oz. bottle 7up
about 1 tsp. red food coloring

- cook until begins to thicken
- pour into a cold bowl, and refrigerate about 30 minutes, just to cool some.
(it must still be pourable)

- place halved, fresh berries in cooled shell.

- pour glaze over berries
- chill 4 hours, serve w/ whipped cream.
