Macaroni & Cheese

4 cups macaroni                    4 T butter (cut into pieces)
2 cups grated cheese             1/2 tsp.  salt
3 eggs beaten                       1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream               black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Boil macaroni, drain and add cheese while still hot.  Combine remaining ingredients and add to mixture.  Pour into casserole dish and bake covered for 40-45 minutes. Bake for an additional 5 minutes uncovered until slightly browned.
