Blanch or steam
veggies.
(I use broccoli, carrots, squash, and zucchini.)
For about 8 servings:
1 stick butter
Juice of one lemon
Grate about 1 tsp. of
lemon rind
1/2 tsp dried dill
(crush in your hand)
1 Tbs fresh dill, chopped
Salt & Pepper
Heat in microwave and
toss over veggies before serving. (Use both dried and fresh dill; they offer different flavors. If you want to eliminate fresh, use 1 tsp. dried.)
