Hamburger Stuffed Rolls

1 pound ground beef
1 medium diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Simple Truth Organic from Kroger is my favorite!)
1 cup shredded cheese
1 dozen brown & serve rolls
Salt and pepper to taste
Some milk

Cook together the ground beef, onion, and salt & pepper until well done. Add ½ can of the mushroom soup. Scoop out centers of rolls with serrated knife and stuff with meat mixture. Bake at 425 until roll is done. Make sauce to pour over rolls using ½ can of soup with the cup of cheese. Thin to preferred thickness with milk.
