Banana Bread

(from the Hebron Church cookbook. delicious.)


1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. (Check w/ toothpick for doneness starting at 45 minutes.)
