3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened

Mix above ingredients until smooth.
Place in souffle dish and sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
